I burst my tyre tonight and had to get a call out to my home. I spoke to Kim on the phone who was very patient with me (I have no car knowledge) and she sent out James to our property very promptly. We were stuck at Keele services with two tyres that needed replacing. Tread X were fast to respond on the phone. They checked and had the tyres and had somebody with us in 45 mins.  James was very friendly and polite despite the fact that it was pouring with rain.  He changed the tyres quickly and we were away again in minutes.  We were all in awe of the excellent service. Two impact related punctures. One spare. 5:30pm. Middle of nowhere. Lashing it down.

Called Tread X’s Kim. Discussed problem. She knew solution and talked me off my Good Year pedestal.

James arrived (drenched from another job) within Kims estimate, with a smile on his face. Told me to carry on listening to The Archers whilst he worked. Came to my window (even more soaked) 40minutes after arrival, still with a smile on his face. “All done”.

Tread X Tyres were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The lady taking the details was very efficient and polite on the telephone, keeping me updated about the replacement tyre, which had to be ordered because I wanted to match the other performance tyres on my sports car. The fitter rang me to let me know he was on his way. He was extremely polite and kind. Everything was fixed quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t fault the service at all. Highly recommended.
